Payment Procedures:

  • Private patients are to obtain an estimate prior to admission and are required to make this payment upfront. Should there be a variance, the difference must be settled on discharge.
  • Medical aid co-payments are required to be paid on or prior to admission.
  • Letter of Guarantee (please liaise with Administration Manager prior to admission).

  • Major Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard/VISA)
  • Bank guaranteed cheques
  • EFT (proof of payment to be provided three days prior to admission unless in the case of an emergency).
